Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
